We have exclusively partnered with FLOW – an e-learning business that has been created by hospitality professionals for hospitality professionals. Developed as a series of individual modules, FLOW covers all the areas required to give staff an in-depth understanding of our industry.
We recognise that in order for our staff to perform well they need to feel pride in their job. In order to achieve this all staff, whether they are full-time, part-time or variable employees, undergo an in-depth development programme at our client sites.
This development programme, coupled with FLOW, takes each employee through four stages of induction and customer service training in order to develop individuals into our managers and supervisors of the future.
The success of FLOW is measured not only by our employees completing and receiving an accredited qualification, but also by providing all employees with an individual training programme to help measure their achievements.
We have a dedicated training programme for all levels of chefs that not only includes on-site training such as menu development, costing, controls and man-management, but also arranges for the chef brigade to visit suppliers, farmers, growers and producers in order to fully understand the whole menu cycle.
Our Executive Chef Team holds monthly Chef Forum meetings to discuss the latest industry trends, menu best practice, equipment innovation and new suppliers & producers.
Our Vision & Values Road Shows tour the country – all our people engage in interactive workshops and gain a full understanding of our brand values and ethical approach to business operations.
