LINDLEY AND HEATHCOTES JOIN TO CREATE NEW FORCE IN THE SPORTS AND LEISURE FOOD SERVICES MARKET
The Directors of Lindley Catering Limited (Lindley) and Heathcotes Outside (Heathcote's) are pleased to announce they have joined forces to create one of the UK's leading Catering company's to the Leisure Industry.
Lindley brings 38 years of experience in the Leisure industry and over 50 contracts to combine with Heathcote's 10 years experience. Paul, as a Michelin Star, Egon Ronay Chef of the Year and Catey's Industry Restaurateur of the Year has brought these qualities to create a successful Sports Stadia and Event Company, Heathcotes Outside, which has won contracts at Chester and Bangor racecourses in addition to Liverpool FC, Preston North End, Warrington Wolves and the Liverpool Albert Docks Summer Pops. This success has come through the provision of high quality solutions to its clients needs.
Lindley is currently the market leader in the provision of Public Catering services to Sports Stadia with over 40 contracts ranging from Dundee United, Celtic, Sunderland, Rotherham, West Bromwich Albion, and Oxford United to Plymouth Argyle and Ipswich Town. In addition Lindley is the provider of Catering services to The Royal centre in Nottingham, The Malvern Theatre Group, The Royal Agricultural Showground in Stoneleigh and hospitality award winning City of Manchester Stadium.
Paul Heathcote who has been the driving force behind the remarkable success in Heathcotes Outside will become a director of this new group, which will have a turnover on excess of £40 million, and will continue to be actively involved in its future growth. Gary Bates the Managing Director of Heathcote's outside will continue to oversee the day-to-day management of the Heathcote's contracts.
