Frank’s Original New York Streetdogs™ has been developed to offer a premium hot dog in the sports environment. The hot dog is naturally smoked over kiln dried Beech wood, and is made with high-quality pork and has a natural casing. It is served with a soft dough roll and onions that have been fried with fresh thyme.
The Pie Factory®, another Lindley trademark brand, is an innovation that has fans flocking to our new professionally shop-fitted kiosks. We have worked in partnership with an artisan baker to produce bespoke recipes, such as the Authentic Chicken Balti Curry Pie in a Spice infused pastry case or the Pea Supper Pie, made using lean minced British Beef in an Onion Gravy with a layer of Lockwoods Mushy Peas. The pies are made with no artificial flavours or preservatives.
FGB™ is a new burger concept that delivers high-quality, prime-cut 100% British beef burgers that have been flamed-grilled and are served in a toasted ciabatta bun with fresh salad and relish. The flame grilled taste really stands out against ‘standard’ burgers and the quality of the ciabatta roll really helps to emphasise that this is a premium product.
Henry’s Chicken™ is a new Lindley brand that concentrates on southern-fried chicken served either as a delicious burger or wrap with crisp salad and fresh salsa. Henry’s Chicken comes as standard using an original ‘Hot & Spicy’ recipe but we also offer a regular recipe for those who don’t like it hot!
Lindley has an established relationship with Starbucks and we pioneered the introduction of their brand into a stadium environment when we began offering their coffee at Tottenham Hotspur in September 2011.
Lindley Venue Catering has pioneered the introduction of Domino's Pizza into stadia throughout the UK. The concept will be seen in many of our sites by 2013. The move meets fans demand for fast food, fast service and a fast sell, not to mention it being a popular and recognised brand by all.
Cracklings, Lindley's latest retail brand, provides sumptuous dry cured bacon rolls, slow cooked pork sandwiches and the great British banger.
Latest retail packaging developments include using fibre-pulp trays which are 100% from a renewable resource, compostable and cool to touch when taken from a microwave or oven. There are also packaging solutions that can fold out and be used as a tray by the customer.
